So this is pretty cool. The new Death and Taxes (pictured below) has an interactive feature that lets you take a pic of a page with your phone and receive free content (downloads and videos). Of course you’re out of luck if you’ve got a Nokia from 02′ but if your fancy pants and rock a smart phone, it’s quite cool.
Perhaps this tech will make the jump to CD’s and records? Since content is king and exclusivity rules the day, it would only make sense. CBS has already tried putting actual video IN the magazine. The D&T delivery seems a bit better.
Now go run to the book store and try it out. Page 23 has built in retinal scanner.
