Husband has set up drums, guitars, amps, keyboard, basic recording equipment, loves to jam. 30 Miles north of Durham - 10 min off of 85 interstate. 48 inch HDTV, Playstation2. Have double decker queen sized air mattress, old sectional couch, and 4 inch thick sleeping mat on a 8ft long couch. Smoking downstairs only. Have two small friendly dogs. House smells slightly of cats from previous owner. Large dining room table and we love to cook and bake. Secluded out in the country.
